We launched our newsletter a month ago with the intent of providing sports picks from reputable cappers with insight and analysis. Our launch has been a success. As Laying the Point continues to grow, we will be including many other types of content.

I am proud to share that in the month of April, we will be launching a digital sport betting magazine as well.

Thank you for your support and willingness to share this newsletter with your friends and family. Our growth would not be possible without our loyal subscribers.

Carolina Hurricanes @ Buffalo Sabres

Carolina is 10 - 0 in their last 10 games overall and 5-0 in their last 5 on the road against Buffalo. The Canes are coming off 2 days' rest and are coming off a frustrating loss to the Wild that they should have won. I am sure Carolina will be angry in this one. When they are angry they win, and against a team, they have owned as bad as they have here.

Pick - Hurricanes -1.5 (+100) 1 unit

New York Rangers @ New Jersey Devils

The Devils are simply an over-machine all year, especially with goals allowed. They have allowed 4 or more in 8 of their last 10 and the total has gone over in 8 of their last 10 against the Rangers. The Devils are also 1 -5 in their last 6 against the Rangers. I see the Rangers filling the net here against a very young Daws in net for the Devils.

Picks : over 6 (-120) 1 unit

Rangers In Regulation ( +100) .5 units

Houston vs Brooklyn

The Rockets have been giving up over 125 ppg in their last 5 games.  It's a high team total for Brooklyn. But, the sportsbooks are predicting that the game will be a blowout.

Pick: Brooklyn over 131 TT (1 unit)

Philadelphia vs Indiana

The over is 4-1 in the last 5 h2h meetings and 4-0 in Indiana’s last 5 games. The Pacers' last 5 opponents have all scored 120+ points.

Pick: Over 122.5 Philly TT (.75 units)

Cleveland vs Orlando

Combined the o/u is 5-15 in their last 10 games. Orlando is 13-26 o/u at home. Both teams rank in the bottom 10 in offensive points scored and Cleveland has a top 5 defense.

Pick: Under 214.5 (.5 units)

Atlanta vs Toronto

The Hawks are 4-1 o/u in their last 5. They are also averaging 129 ppg in those 5 games. I am going to continue following this streak.

Pick: Over 226(.5 units) Atlanta over 111 TT (.5 units)
