This line is perfect to entice public money on the Bears. The majority of the tickets wagered are on the Bears, yet the line opened at -1 and moved to Washington -1. I would not be surprised if the books further manipulate the line and make Washington a bigger favorite.
Why are the Bears getting so much respect? They rank 32nd in passing yards and 32nd in overall offense. Washington has the better QB and despite their record and past performance, the better team.
The Commanders 3/4 losses have been to the Eagles, Cowboys and Titans. Teams with a 12-3 combined record. Playing against a terrible Bears team is exactly what Washington needs to get a much needed win.

The Coyotes also have had quite a bit of player turn over and will have to get used to playing with unfamiliar lines .
